The strength of our commitment to the preservation of historic public access to the Trail is being taken into account by city officials and everyone who seeks to preserve Monterey's natural assets and unique quality of life.

Judge Agliano's decision about whether there is a need to go forward with a court trial in September is pending, and will be posted here as soon as it becomes available to the public.
